Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of, and physically located within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older at time of entry.

Grand Prize: One hundred fifty (150) “Grand Prizes” are available. Each Grand Prize is fifteen (15) cases of Monster Energy® Ultra product. “ARV” of each Grand Prize is $561.60. Total “ARV” of all Grand Prizes is $84,240.

First Prize: Forty-five (45) “First Prizes” are available, five (5) for each of nine (9) prize draws. Each First Prize is one (1) case of Monster Energy® Ultra product. “ARV” of each First Prize is $37.44. Total “ARV” of all First Prizes is $1,684.80.
