ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes you must: (i) be a legal resident of one of the fifty
(50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or
the age of majority in your state if different) at the time of entry; and (iii) be physically
located in the United States at the time of entry.

PRIZING: The Sweepstakes will award the following “Grand Prize”: One (1) winner (a
