Timing:  ends on December 31, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States of America, who are the age of majority in entrant’s jurisdiction of residence at time of entry are eligible to enter. Entrants must be a Hilton Honors Member.

PRIZE: One prize is available. The Prize consists of a ten (10) day, nine (9) night trip for the prize winner and up to one (1) travel companion/s to a Hilton hotel anywhere in the world (for up to Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000)), which includes (i) round-trip coach airfare for the prize winner and his or her travel companion/s between the major airport that is nearest to the prize winner’s residence and the destination selected by the prize winner; and (ii) nine (9) nights’ hotel accommodations for the prize winner and his or her travel companion (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a Hilton hotel in the destination selected by the winner. The winner will work with Sponsor to select a destination, Hilton hotel and airfare for up to Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). Any unspent portion of the Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000), will be provided to the winner by Hilton to be used as spending money. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000).
