Eligibility; This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States
(including the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-five (25) years old at the time of entry.
Prizes (6, 1 per Entry Period): Each prize is one million (1,000,000) IHG® Rewards Club points
and $5,000 (“Prize”). IHG® Rewards Club points are not redeemable for cash or any other form
of credit and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the IHG Rewards Club program. IHG® Rewards Club points may be redeemed in
any manner consistent with the IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions, which
are subject to change at any time without notice and can be found at
http://www.ihg.com/hotels/us/en/global/customer_care/member-tc. The ARV of each Prize is
$10,000. Total ARV: The total ARV of all Prizes is $60,000.
