Eligibility: open only to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States
(including the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Grand Prize (1): The grand prize includes: (i) one (1) cash prize in the amount of $1,200
(which may be used to purchase a dream recliner chair and one (1) year of streaming
service); (ii) $1,300 worth of Auntie Anne’s eGift Cards (equal to one pretzel bucket per
week for 1-year); and (iii) “Recline to Dine” merchandise which may include a blanket,
pillow, and pair of socks (details determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Grand
Prize”).

First Prizes (24): Each first prize includes: (i) a $25 Auntie Anne’s eGift Card that can be
applied to purchases at Auntie Anne’s location (excluding mobile orders); and (ii) “Recline
