Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the US who are at least 18 years of age.

Prizes: There will be 24 prizes (each a “Prize”) awarded in this Sweepstakes, three
Prizes awarded per Entry Period. Each Prize consists of REESE’S for one year
awarded in the form of one shipment of eleven (11) 36-count REESE’S Regular Size
cups. Approximate retail value (ARV): $432. Total ARV of all Prizes offered in an
Entry Period is $1,296. Total ARV of all Prizes offered during the entire
Sweepstakes Period is $10,368.
