Timing: Entry period commences at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on every Friday and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on that Sunday.

Eligibility: open to any legal resident of the continental United States, Alaska,
Hawaii, and the District of Columbia, 18 years or older as of date of entry. Entrants must
be a Better Nutrition reader as of date of entry to be eligible

Prizes: Prize winner(s) will be announced the following Monday. Prize winner(s) will have the
opportunity to win a prize from one of Better Nutrition’s partners. Prizes may include, but
not limited to, any of the following:
• Beauty and personal care products;
• Books; or
• Supplements.
