Eligibility: Entrants must be at least the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence, and must reside in the United States (excluding Rhode Island), the District of Columbia or Canada (residents of Quebec province excluded) to enter or win a prize.

Prize: There will be one prize awarded and will consist of: Twelve Hundred Dollars ($1,200) cash in the form of a check and one (1) DIFF Eyewear eGift card in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500). The estimated value of the prize is One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($1,700).
