Eligibility: open to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law.
